职位描述
Karla Otto Shanghai is looking for an account coordinator to support the digital team on social content development for Fashion brands.
• Manage social media accounts for digital contents including copy, image, video etc
• Assist account manager to manage project schedules and ensure on time delivery
• Responsible for reviewing and make sure the content is finalized and correct before posting
• Coordinate internal copy and designer for clients requirements on social commination
• Prepare agenda, meeting minutes and monthly reports for client calls
• Build good relationship with KOLs, third party vendors and other digital channels
• Provide help on fashion events when needed

Requirements
• Ideally with around 1 year experience working for creative agency or digital agency on account role
• Multi task and well organized , meaning that you can jungle between different accounts and prioritize
• Capable of working under pressure with tight deadline
• Good communication skills to have efficient conversation with managers and other team members, and to address properly the requirements from clients
• Chinese native with good English both written and
