Job Description
1. 清晰理解客户和受众的需求，与文案相互协作，着重从视觉方面发想创意；
2. 业务所需的内容视觉创作（包含并不限于KV、TVC、social等）；
3. 熟练制作各种创意广告图的产出，并能协助其他部门或伙伴共同完成项目；

2. Visual creation of content required by the business (including but not limited to KV, TVC, social, etc.);
3. Familiar with the production of creative advertising pictures, and able to assist other departments or partners to complete projects;

任职要求
Qualification
1. 美术、设计或相关专业毕业，3年及以上平面设计行业工作经验；
2. 具备良好设计能力，创新、思维活跃，并对先进的设计理念和技术有较强的理解能力；
3. 精通Photoshop、AI、coreldraw等设计软件，能够设计动态图片等（熟练使用AE者加分）
4. 工作积极有责任心，做事认真细心，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
5. 有新颖的创意思路，较深厚的设计功底，善于视觉艺术传达；
6. 有4A工作经验，或者服务世界500强客户Campaign经验者优先。

1. Graduated in arts, design or related majors, working experience in graphic design industry for 3 years and above;
2. Have good design ability, innovation, active thinking, and have a strong understanding of advanced design concepts and technologies;
3. Proficient in Photoshop, AI, coreldraw and other design software, be able to design dynamic pictures, etc. (professional use of AE is preferred)
4. Work actively and with responsibility, and have good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5. Have novel creative ideas, mature design skills, and be good at visual art communication;
6. Have 4A work experience, or serve the world's top 500 campanies Campaign experience is preferred.
