职位描述
工作内容
1. 制定内容策略,包括但不限于KOL资源投放,IP合作,名人代言等传播项目;
2. 了解新兴社媒渠道和玩法(包括不限于微信,微博,B站,小红书,短视频平台等),为项目提供社媒传播方案;
3. 和客户部&创意部团队紧密合作,完成整合营销项目中媒介传播部分的策划和执行;
4. 根据项目目标和规划,管理和协调社交媒体、自媒体及KOL的内容撰写、发布,检查和把控执行质量,提出优化和改进建议;
5. 分析评估传播效果,撰写结案报告
6. 跟进公司内部商务流程。

Key responsibilities
1. Support strategy development on IP cooperation/ celebrity endorsement/ ACGN platform partnership.
2. Monitor and understand social media trends, support social plan development.
3. Lead and execute all paid media & social media implementation (digital media) under the aligned media plans, including checking inventory with vendor, sourcing KOL, preparing Spot Plan, managing working calendar, consolidate dynamic adjustment with account team /creative team/ vendor and put it to execution. Preparing monitored report and post-buy report.
4. Conducting media quotation / payment / contracts.


任职要求
任职要求
1. 有3年以上社媒实操经验;
2. 玩转social media营销(包括但不限于微博,B站,抖音,小红书等)
3. 有强烈的学习兴趣,能专心研究社交媒体知识和趋势。
4. 有快消品项目经验优先;
5. 具有较强的条理性、逻辑性以及严谨谦虚的工作态度


Experience / Qualifications requirement
1. Experience required: 3+ years Media buying & implementation experience (client/ agency side inclusive)
2. Solid understanding and experience in online media buying/ implementation is a MUST.
3. Solid understanding and experience in KOL marketing (Weibo,Bilibili,Douyin,Xiaohongshu) is a MUST.
4. Good communication skills, in spoken and written Chinese.
5. FMCG (personal care, food, beverage) background is preferred.
6. Experience in IP cooperation/ celebrity endorsement/ ACGN platform partnership (eg. Bilibili, Douyin, Tencent Dongman) will be a plus.
7. Effective working in a fast paced and fluid environment that requires strong ownership, bias for actions.
