职位描述
1. Independently and full responsible to manage and pitch clients, including combing and judging customer needs, independent analysis, judgment and integration of the required resources.
可独立全责经营、pitch客户,包括梳理并判断客户需求,独立分析、判断并统整所需的资源。
2. Have the related professional ability of brand strategy, including brand positioning, product positioning, communication strategy etc.
拥有品牌策略和相关专业能力,包括品牌定位、产品定位、传播策略等。
3. Have insight of the industry, the consumer and the media. Help the account and the creative team understand and use it.
对于行业、消费者及媒体拥有洞察能力,并能帮助account及创意团队理解且运用。
4. Have rich pitch experience and skills to help the team to better convince and sell idea.
拥有丰富的提案经验与技巧,帮助团队更好的说服客户、贩售idea。
5. Have the ability to organize team operations, integrate account and creative teams to better collaborate to achieve more efficient output.
拥有组织团队运作的能力,整合account及创意团队更好的协作,获得更有效率的产出。
6. Help planning team to grow and lead team to make progress.
能够帮助planning团队成长,引领团队进步。
任职要求
Quafications
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint
2. University degree and above.
大学及以上学历
3. Fluent Mandarin and English (Written and Spoken)
流利的中英文(书面和口头)
4. Preferred Major: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Statistics & Psychology
专业优先:市场营销、传播、工商管理、统计与心理学
5. Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing, communication or other strategy development related field.
至少5年市场营销、传播或其他战略发展相关领域的工作经验。
6. Wide degree of creativity and latitude in marketing, branding and advertising is expected.
在营销、品牌和广告方面具有广泛的创造力和自由度
7. Strong planning skills (Account Planning + Creative Planning) with wide exposure and familiarities in variety of strategy/ concept development, practices, and procedures.
具有较强的策略技能(客户计划+创意计划),熟悉各种战略/概念开发、实践和程序。
8. Good understanding of technology and automobile industry.
