Job Description
* manage the interaction with Tmall, JD.com, and WeChat Mini App on the ecommerce platforms
* in charge of customer relations management; 2. Execute platform wide promotion plans, using tools include but not limited to Lemma, JD Black Dragon, and WeChat performance marketing tools
* drive a customer-focused culture throughout all contact channels and ensure a complete inspiring shopping experience whereby it is always easy to shop when and how the customer chooses to
* responsible for identifying and removing hindrances to secure the right service level in all channels
* secure and monitor brands’ performance on platforms to ensure it is working in accordance with business planning and forecast
