职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish a strategic approach to our client’s projects from a tech perspective by creating technical architecture and possible tech solutions
2. Ability to work independently and explain technical concepts on sales calls and opportunities
3. Ability to handle customer technical enquiries and issues. (3rd level support only)
4. Provide technical advice and solution design to internal (BD & Account) and external clients.
5. Guidance on optimisation of technical solutions for existing clients
6. Facilitate and enhance the capabilities of BD & Account team on technical know-how.
7. Stay current with trends development and innovations including but not limited to: WeChat, Mini Program, H5, Website stability, Ali-cloud, Server, Database, AI, Chatbots etc

任职要求
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in computer science or software development.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales/ pre-sales.
3. Ability to create technical architecture diagrams and presentations for clients
4. Solid experience in managing tech projects, with demonstrated success with defining, implementing and optimizing a technical solutions for solving business problems of our clients.
5. Proficiency knowledge in front-end & back-end technical solution. WeChat related technology is mandatory
6. A quick learner, a self-starter, a team player who is able to work independently, and willingness (and ability) to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility.
7. Experience in working across different global cultures a plus.
8. Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
