UX Designer at 31ten is skilled in leading evaluative research methods to uncover insights that will continue to inform design and innovation. 任职要求
Key responsibilities:
● Passion for user-centered design
● Deliver human-centered design thinking through user flows, wireframes, information architecture, design and interaction requirements, and other planning and user experience documentation.
● Digging for critical insights that drive project solutions and joining with the broader creative team to think conceptually during brainstorming and idea generation
● Applying best practices and innovating new approaches to research and UX documentation.
● Experience conducting in-context observations and interviews
● Inspire creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problem.
Required Skills And Experience:
● 1~2 years of experience in UX design or interaction design
● Educational background in interaction design, human-computer interaction, graphic design or similar
Extensive experience designing user experiences across multiple platforms, including responsive web and native mobile
● Expert knowledge of Sketch and Adobe Suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge in prototyping software programs such
as Principle Invisio, or Flinto or After Effects a plus
● Accustomed to validating designs through focus groups, usability testing, and A/B testing, leveraging qualitative and quantitative
feedback in the creative process
● Experience participating in internal design critiques with the ability to deliver and receive feedback and constructive criticism
● Successful track record defending decisions based on data and user-centered insights
● Basic understanding of HTML/CSS required,
● Able to multi-task and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
● Obsessively detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize design tasks
● Self-starter
● Native Chinese, fluent in English
