岗位职责：
-对接海外达人（KOL、明星等）或其团队，协调相关工作事宜
-协助海外达人完成在中国的商业活动
-帮助达人提高知名度并处理公关事务，包括线下活动和线上平台维护（微博、抖音、小红书、微信等）
-完成相关幕后工作，如安排达人或其团队来中国的行程，管理开支等。
Responsibilities:
- Connect with overseas talents (KOL, stars, etc.) or their teams, and handle related business and administrative tasks of talents
- Assist overseas talents to complete business activities in China
- Help to increase the popularity of talents and handle public relations tasks in China, including offline activities and online platform maintenance (Weibo, Tik Tok, WeChat, Red, etc.)
- Handle behind-the-scenes activities, handling related duties for talents, such as arranging travel to China, overseeing finances, etc.

-出色的中英文语言表达和写作能力
-本科及以上学历，与行业相关专业者优先；
-3-5年与网红营销或艺人经纪宣发相关的从业经验，对行业有基础认知，能独立处理经纪宣发全流程运作
-接受经常性的出差活动
-极强的沟通能力和组织能力，责任心强
Preferred Requirements：
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in both English and Chinese is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in related area.
- 3-5 years of experience related to KOL marketing or artist’ brokerage and publicity. Have basic knowledge of this industry，able to handle the whole process of brokerage and publicity independently.
- Accept frequent business trips.
- Excellent communication skill and management skill. Strong sense of responsibility.
