Gushcloud China is coming and we are looking for Account Manager to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who have the knack for communications while having the passion to conceptualize campaigns in the field of influencer marketing!
Gushcloud is an influencer marketing and talent agency! Having offices in 10 countries, we represent the rights of many top digital influencers, celebrities and content creators globally!

Responsibilities:
- Generate sales with new clients in your designated territory
- Create customized pitch decks to generate new leads with clients
- Secure new business opportunities and unlock new budget with clients from all over the world
- Identify key-decision makers and marketing objectives at target prospects
- Work closely with colleagues across 9 different offices to develop the best solution for global clients
- Manage account executives that is working directly as subordinates
- To govern project execution
- To be responsible for growth in revenue, reputation and relationships with new/existing clients

任职要求
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in relevant disciplines
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the Digital Marketing industry
- Proven track of corporate relations in the region
- Willing to travel often
- Proficient in Pitching and Creating Decks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Mandarin)
- Well-versed with Social Media Platforms in China (i.e. Weibo, Douyin, WeChat, Red etc.) as well as in South East Asia(i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- have a deep understanding of both outbound and inbound marketing strategies

岗位职责:
-挖掘拓展潜在行业资源及客户资源
-撰写合作计划和方案,独立进行商务沟通和谈判
-不断为海外和中国的客户挖掘潜在及具延展性的在华及出海的营销渠道,创造进一步深入的合作关系
-拥有市场感知力,敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向
-与Gushcloud部署全球的九个地区团队合作,指导符合海外及中国客户需求的创意产出
-把控AE的执行工作,对项目的执行工作负责
-带领团队制定针对海外客户在华的品牌战略和影响者营销策略
-负责项目的统筹监督、落实执行及总结回顾
-与客户保持长期良好沟通以及建立良好的合作关系,为客户提供专业优质的解决方案

任职要求:
-本科及以上学历,与行业相关专业者优先;
-3-5年与数字媒体及网红营销相关的从业经验
-在业界有可证实的人际关系网络
-接受经常性的出差活动
-极强的商务谈判能力,优秀的策划文案能力
-出色的中英文语言表达和写作能力
-关注并熟悉海内外社交平台,包括但不限于微博、微信、抖音、小红书等中国主流媒体平台,以及Instagram, Facebook, YouTube等东南亚及海外主流媒体平台
-精通协助海外品牌入华以及协助中国品牌出海的双向策略
