职位描述
Key client: Estee Lauder 雅诗兰黛/Vivo/腾讯
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the daily digital performance and consumer behaviors to adjust the mkt strategy and approaches
- Manage the vendors and internal resources to make sure a proper delivery of the digital mkt activities
- Plan and oversee the SEO/SEM projects
- Plan and manage the website UI development projects with A/B test to optimize its performance
- Support/lead the other mkt campaigns with your learned consumer behavior from the metrics

任职要求
Main requirements:
- At least above 2 years experiences ( digital is fine) in a reputable digital/PR/marketing agency
-Have experience in project management and customer relationship management, and have independent communication and planning ability
-Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
-Demonstrate fast learning capability and leadership potential, be proactive and responsible
-Clear logical thinking, as well as good communication skills both internally and externally
-Able to work in an intensive environment
