Key Responsibilities主要职责
1. Participate in creative development

2. Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas
维护和加强整体美术/设计理念的质量
3. Provide excellent design artwork under guidance of senior
在直属领导的指导下提供优秀的设计作品

Requirements职位要求
1. Bachelor holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
本科及以上，市场营销，沟通，广告，美术及相关专业优先
2. Capable of producing excellent artwork independently from draft mock-up to output-file.
能独立完成从草稿到出街稿件的优秀设计作品
3. Proficient in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
精通设计软件（Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign等）
4. Good communications skills, including ability to share creative idea with others.
良好的沟通技巧，包括与其他人分享创意理念
5. Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
良好的中英文口头与书面沟通能力
6. Passionate about the creative industry and fast pace environment
对创意领域和快速变化领域有工作热情
7. Self-motivated and a good team player, able to work on multiple projects in tight deadlines, independently or under guidance of seniors.
