Job Summary
The role will be supporting integrated communications, a key driver of communication plans and execution, helping clients to create creative and strategic campaign ideas that further client’s business goals. He/she will manage day to day client and agency requests across business groups in a dynamic team environment.
Work scope
• The contact window of all communication between company and client;
• Organize the PR team to achieve all PR tasks/ social media marketing
• Assist on 1-2 accounts & lead projects/campaigns
• Participation in new business development/pitching
• Insights sharing to clients & team leads
• Works to expand social media marketing services and online content strategies for clients—whether that’s in social networks or finding creative, new ways to tell stories on clients’ Web sites or other Web properties.
• Begin gaining management skills by mentoring junior level staff
• Content storytelling and production (copywriting, some graphics/creative skills, some video editing skills)
• Platform Audience & Community Management (recruit, engage, CRM)
• Content Planning for platforms & calendar
• Influencer, KOL, contributor management (requirements, deliverables, incentives, outcome
• Paid Earn Shared Owned: Content Distribution across Multi-platform

Requirement
• At least 12 months in one position.
• Platform familiarity: Wechat, Douyin, QQ, Bilibili, Weibo
• At least 2 years+ PR or Digital Marketing working experience
• A good sense in PR or digital and responsibility
• Confident in working in an English language environment
