Job Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for creating, managing and executing KPI-driven PR and social/digital retainer & project. This position requires experiences & insights for fashion and beauty industry & landscape, which will support product launches, co-branding, celebrity/media/KOL relations and project executions.
Work scope
· Work as part of a fast-growing, international team of professionals working on some great fashion/beauty/lifestyle clients in Shanghai
· Help to execute work to a high standard that includes media relations and PR, social media content development, consumer events, influencer marketing and more
· Work on a mix of annual retainer clients and projects in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry
· as a day-to-day contact for some clients
· and develop a strong network of media and KOL contacts and secure coverage for our clients
· Develop written materials of the highest quality
· against KPIs and actionable metrics
· Play a role in supporting new business development

Requirement
· At least 1-year relevant experience gained in a communications / PR agency / digital agency environment.
· Relevant knowledge and connection with media, new media and influencers.
· Knowledge of how to communicate with clients, media, KOL and 3rd party.
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English.
· Experience in Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle industry is a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field is preferred, or the equivalent knowledge and/or experience
· Understand the role of the media & KOL, and willing to maximize client’s exposure through free pitch
