职位描述
• Help clients measure and optimize their digital marketing ROI by extracting insights from data reports.
• Help clients discover how consumer sentiment and online consumer behaviour affect their business.
• Become a “member” of clients’ digital marketing team by providing support with advertising verification, social media measurement and e-commerce behaviour.
• Identify business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the internal capability teams.
• Develop and lead team members.
• Report directly to the Associate Business Director / Business Director.

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese).
• Good presentation skills.
• Proactive and likes to take initiative.
• 3-5 years (for Business Manager) or 5-7 years (for Senior Business Manager) of relevant work experience.
• Prior knowledge/experience in digital marketing, advertising or research is an asset.
• Enjoys working in a client-centric environment.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
