We are looking for a Country Director for Gushcloud China to further amplify our company’s positive influence.

Job Scopes:
1. Business Management

 Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the overall Group
 Provide strategic advice to the management so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future
 Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

2. Network
 Act as a public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile
 Break new relationships and clients for revenue, relationship, and reputation
 Build strategic partnerships with social media platforms

工作范围
a.企业管理
 制定和执行全面的经营策略,推进总集团和中国办公室有效达成关键绩效指标
 为集团管理层提供战略性建议,以便他们准确了解中国市场和公司的发展动向
 监管公司的财务业绩,投资和其他商业投资

b.业务拓展
 担任公司的公共演讲者和公共关系代表,维护并强化在公司业界的口碑形象
 创建新的合作关系和客户群体,提升公司收入,关系和声誉
 与社交媒体平台建立战略伙伴关系

任职要求
Preferred Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing is preferred
 Minimally 5-8 years of experience in corporate setting, preferably in marketing or entertainment industry
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication in both English and Chinese is required
 Willing to travel within and outside the country often
 Proven track of corporate relations in the region
 Well-versed with Social Media Platforms in China (i.e. Weibo, Douyin, WeChat, Red etc.) as well as in South East Asia(i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
 have a deep understanding of both outbound and inbound marketing strategies

任职要求
 本科及以上学历,商业管理、市场营销及相关专业者优先;
 5-8年的企业管理经验,任职于营销或娱乐等相关行业者优先;
 出色的中英文语言表达,写作能力及人际交流能力
 接受经常性的国内外出差活动
 在中国有行业相关的、可证实的人际关系网络
 关注并熟悉海内外社交平台,包括但不限于微博、微信、抖音、小红书等中国主流媒体平台,以及Instagram, Facebook, YouTube等东南亚及海外主流媒体平台
 精通协助海外品牌入华以及协助中国品牌出海的双向策略
