JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Director leads the company’s project team to
• deliver seamlessly and on budget outstanding event/experiential campaigns that meet or exceeds customer expectations,
• help the company reach its profitability targets and identify opportunities to further improve the financial performance
• support the organization to grow sustainably and help develop and retain talents
Responsibilities:
• Take briefs from multiple clients, analyze clients’ needs based on a strong understanding of the brand. Decide how much resources to allocate to what incoming pitches, including by sourcing external resources if needed.
• Supervise the development and pitching of outstanding proposals that respond to the client brief from the creative, business, and financial standpoints. Aim to maximize the win rate.
• Validate budget proposals that are both in line with client specifications and well balanced in terms of the risks for the agency.
• Supervises and direct the work of the project teams to guarantee schedule, budget and quality. Manage the planning of resources and re-allocate resources when needed to ensure an optimal balance between the projects.
• For each project, regularly control cost vs. budget as well as payment situation. Ensure actions are taken pro-actively and ahead of major problems. Help the Representative Director in the planning and financial analysis of the performance of the business.
• Provide leadership and management of the project teams, helping them develop and grow and supporting a company wide collaborative mindset. Provide pro-active and constructive feedback to the team members to help them grow and develop. Address problems of performance if and when needed. Constantly look at opportunities to improve the team creativity, productivity, and efficiency.
