Role
We’re looking for a digital-native Creative Director/Head of Art. By leading your team of 5 designers you conceptualize and design creative, integrated and digital campaigns. You report to the Executive Creative Director and collaborate with the Head of Copy to create award winning work. You thrive in a high-paced flat organization where you work across 5-10 top clients including Burberry, New Balance, Absolut, Ballantine’s, and Warner Music.
Responsibilities
-Deliver creative concepts of creative, integrated and digital campaigns
-Define the art direction of campaigns
-Deliver/craft the design of key visuals, films, websites and any other assets
-Present and sell your creative concepts and design rationales to senior clients
-Lead, train and recruit the designers in your team

Skills
-You’re digital-native and well-versed in both graphic and digital/UI design
-Show strong creative thinking and can deliver campaign concept decks independently
-Craft mindset and pushing for pixel-perfect designs
-Strong graphic and user-interface design skills (motion/3D/illustration are a big plus)
-Great presenter that can sell concepts to clients and can explain their design rationale
-Understanding of front-end possibilities and limitations (basic front-end skills are a big plus)
Personality traits
-You have a startup mindset and like working in boutique agencies
-Can handle the responsibility that comes with an exceptional amount of freedom
-Optimistic about the future and love technology
-Flexibility to change your mind and open to ideas from others
-Value working smart over working hard
-Straight-forward, direct and sharp talker and thinker
-Strong desire to help and empower others Qualifications
-Have worked at least 8 years in designer/art director roles in creative/digital agencies
-Have an impressive portfolio that blows us away with conceptual thinking and design craft
-Fluent in Chinese and working-knowledge of English required
