VACANT POSITION: Integrated Communications, Senior Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Good project administrative abilities for internal and external documentations from;
project folders, weekly reports, KPI tracking forms, campaign proposals, brief documentations, vendor payments etc.
• Co-ordinate internal teams input for weekly project related activities
• Live updating of server documentations
• Printing and preparing relevant documentations for meetings
• Vendor/Partner liaison and management for creative marketing assets development
• Attending client meetings for; briefing, brainstorming and reportage
• Creative thinking on campaign proposals, through to detailed content e.g. potential video script development, video concepts and key messaging/slogans etc.
• Involved in client campaigns from start to finish to ensure consistent messaging, unified execution among partners, on-time delivery and quality control
• Raise potential on-going issues and help find creative solutions to help brands
• Be a brand guardian and always flag up potential matters which are not right for the brand
• Occasional event support for campaign driven initiatives, or on-site for visual assets creation

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-4 years marketing or branding experience (Client/Agency/Media)
• Experience in implementing comprehensive and integrated programs and tactics, along with supporting materials
• Project management experience to ensure effective delivery of campaign initiatives
• An understanding of the China media landscape to recommend target media solutions
• An awareness to Celebrity culture, their impact and reach.
• Understanding of the online and social media space, ability to link new media strategies to traditional corporate PR or marketing communications
• Ability to foresee problems and trouble shoot as problems arise, or raise them up to the team
• Well organized with a strong attention to detail
• Good communicator to effectively contribute ideas to client, or brief potential partners
• MS PowerPoint skills for presentation work
• Professional with a great attitude
• Desire build upon strategic and creative thinking
• Native Chinese with fluency in English
