职位描述
Karla Otto is looking for a Digital Account Manager who will work from the Shanghai office, as a part of the company’s China Digital team, and report to Account Director. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who’s never short of ideas and will have experience in digital marketing and PR, content strategy, social media, performance and influencer marketing. They will be responsible for managing and engaging digital strategies for a range of high-profile luxury clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of client accounts
• Independently manage digital project, work closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Define social media strategies, working alongside the Digital Content Editor to manage and produce inspiring content, on both a weekly and project basis
• Create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns created by Karla Otto across digital networks, through partnerships and syndication
• Liaise closely with the PR, proactively managing workflow and resolving issues, reacting to client and consumer feedback
• Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle and tech in order to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies
• Create and deliver reports, both qualitative and quantitative

Essential Skills:
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of luxury brand aesthetics with an excellent taste level
• Mid to senior level experience of working in a digital marketing
• Experience in implementing innovative and impactful multi-channel digital content strategies
• Knowledge of social media ecosystem relevant to the luxury field
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and confidence in presenting client pitches
• A real team player who will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and work to stringent deadlines
