职位描述
1. Execute and supervise agency/marketing consulting work from the company in Beijing. This could include some regular projects such as Client Agency Performance Audit, Data Analysis and Benchmarking, Marketing Research, etc. In addition, around one third time will be on Media Pitch projects such as Agency Performance Evaluation, Cost Comparison, etc.
2. Involve in research work and execution of projects, including design of proposal, data collection, draft report according to frame or template, key finding and summary writing, conduct depth interview, etc.
3. Manage research projects effectively according to project schedule, discuss problems with leaders or clients in time, and put work into effect.
4. Completing projects with team members.

任职要求
1. At least 1-4 years of working experience from media agency or marketer side in the field of media strategy & planning, media buying, etc.
2. Excellent abilities of logical analysis and be able to solve problems independently
3. Fast learner and hands-on, detailed and responsible, accurate and meticulous, open and proactive, team spirit
4. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written (Chinese and English), Study abroad or oversea working experience preferred.
