职位描述
Main expectations:
1. Exhibit leadership skills and conduct as part of Ruder Finn’s senior management teams to able to profitably lead a portfolio of business
2. Achieve annual revenue targets, effectively budget new business proposals and negotiate client budgets to achieve profits for the firm
3. Strengthen industry sector knowledge and expertise to act as a trust advisors to both clients and internal teams, colleagues, top management, etc
4. Act as coach and mentor to team members, take responsibility in team talent acquisition and development
5. Management a portfolio of clients within lifestyle & luxury sector and provide strategic and integrated communication solutions to meet clients’ objectives

任职要求
Main requirements:
1. At least 4 years' successful experience in a reputable agency
2. Previous client servicing experience in lifestyle, luxury, fashion, etc would be preferred
3. Mature personality with seasoned interpersonal skills
