职位描述
Responsibilities:
Serving global client
Working under the supervision of creative associates to design print ads, gif picture, web/app demo and etc. for clients served by BM digital team;
Ensure the physical look is appropriately executed and that visual look communicates the message as effectively as possible;
Supporting account team so they fully understand the creative work in order to better sell it to client;
Act proactively to giving and outputting ideas for presentation deck prepared for clients.

在Creative Associates的指导下，为博雅Digital Team客户制作平面广告，Gif动画，网页/APP模板等视觉内容。
确保创意作品可以有效精准地传达客户需求。
帮助account team充分理解创意作品概念及内涵。
积极地在头脑风暴中给出创意，并熟练将自己的创意视觉化表达为PPT。

任职要求
Requirements:
Major in fine art with solid drawing skill, 4A experience will be preferred.
At least 1 year related experience
Excellent conceptualization and craftsmanship
Good command of all the relevant software including Photoshop, Flash, illustrator, etc.
Digital experience will be a plus
Open-minded and good attitude
要求：
主修设计及艺术专业，最好由4A公司工作经验。
至少一年相关经验。
优秀的创意能力与执行技能。
熟练运用但不限于Photoshop，Flash，illustrator等设计软件。
在以上条件都满足时，有数字传播设计经验者优先。
