Primary Responsibilities
• Effectively analyze client's business issues & digital (social media) needs, and translate them into effective digital (social media) strategic counsel.
• Lead small teams to put up client’s platform under strategic user experience and logistic usability study.
• Capability to bridge client’s PR strategy and developed on-line communication strategy and framework

任职要求
Requirements
A hands on approach with a minimum of 5 years’ PR experience in Hospitality or Travel industry and at least 2 years’ social media experience
• PR experience will be a plus
• Obsessed with online media communication and have knowledge on technology support
• Demonstrate a well-developed knowledge of domestic social media environments
• Experience in managing multiple accounts, budgets and programs
• Excellent motivational, interpersonal, oral/written presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinker and good team player
• Excellent in English/Mandarin (both speaking and writing)
Technical Skills
• Deep understanding of social media strategy and tactics and how brands can use it
• Good working knowledge of SEO / SEM theory and practice
• Good practical experience of User Experience disciplines, techniques and deliverables
• Experience in project managing site design & build projects
• Experience of using data analysis in planning and campaign evaluation processes
Business Management Skills
• Maintain good relations with clients and be able to analyze clients’ need
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Identify clear objectives, be able to work under ambiguous situations and create a coordinated strategy/ action plan on how to meet objectives
