DESCRIPTION
PLTFRM is looking for a Digital Advertising Director to join us in our jungle of plants, smell of coffee and scent of fruit. you will be sitting on a comfy chair in front of a slick designed-in-California computer. After the usual morning chat, you will work your a** off to provide the best work you have ever done like if your life depends on it (and it actually does, doesn't it?). This, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day for a modest pay check at the end of the month, which will allow you to go enjoy the CNY break in Pattaya.
You will work for a flying-hospital, a candy maker, a luxury an international apothecary, wine makers from the other side of the world, an alchemist of the 21st century.
ROLE
lead and inspire marketing and creative team
brief, delegate and coach team
develop strong team work
manage client and expand relationship
formulate clear advertising strategy for multiple projects
oversee strategy execution for multiple projects
organise project workflow and team work
ensure deliverables are achieved on time
review all marketing reports and formulate tools to improve KPI
perform as account manager
be part of the agency’s growth
OBJECTIVES
learn and understand client specific industry (from wine and jewellery to toothpaste)
understand and formulate client specific business needs and budget limitation
develop strategy to answer these needs
always follow new channels and develop new advertising method
quickly adapt and respond to market changes

任职要求
REQUESTED COMPETENCIES
+8 years’ experience either in agency-side corporate branding/advertising department
fluent in both English and Chinese.
result and customer oriented
able to progress autonomously and collaborative conscious
strong sense of accountability and responsibility
able to translate client brief into advertising strategy and specific KPI objectives
has a strong knowledge of China digital channels and how to integrate them within the strategy
able to argument and defend strategical direction
able to translate strategy into a vision
excellent communication skill both with client and with team
good negotiator
highly organise, focused and detailed oriented
last but not least: fun to work with!
