JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage all processes; maintain project workflows on a day-to-day basis.
• Produce Client and team documentation; status reports and contact reports, statement of work documents, cost estimates, project timelines, creative briefs and reviews, and campaign performance reports.
• Manage billings, payments, and creative assets according to the project timeline.
• Participate in the development of brief/creative strategies.
• Brief Creative Teams and provide guidance to ensure fulfillment of Client objectives and expectations.
• Help create and present Client proposals.
• Manage vendors effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Related marketing experience (incl. internship in Marketing or Advertising Agency).
• Solid understanding of basic marketing principles.
• Detail-oriented, strategically minded, resourceful, organized, and accountable.
• Proven ability to present ideas clearly, comprehensively, and logically.
• Has a positive and assertive attitude and a “can do” spirit.
• Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and oral English; CET-6 or above.
• Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
