职位描述
FABERNOVEL is looking for a motivated and talented Innovation Intern to join its international team.
The Innovation intern will support our global clients engaged in a digital transformation program, powered by the FABERNOVEL group in the following areas: learning expeditions, innovation outpost, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory, market research, etc.
The qualified candidate needs to be open-minded and curious about discovering new trends, as well as have knowledge in client service and good interpersonal skills.
Role and responsibilities
• Support the project team in logistics, planning, researching and preparation
• Take care of the participants onsite during trainings & learning expeditions
• Conduct market research on various topics including but not limited to: New Retail, mobility, FinTech, robotics, social media etc. based on project needs
• Help expanding the event database, including venues, partners, companies & speakers
• Provide support to teams when needed, including case studies etc.

任职要求
Education and/or experience
• Native Chinese speaker required
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken a must
• Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Attention to details
• Excellent PowerPoint skills
• Good interpersonal and cross - cultural communication skills
• Open-minded to be able to work on various industries and topics
