FABERNOVEL is looking for motivated and talented Junior Project Analyst to join its international team.
The junior Project Analyst will support our global clients engaged in a digital transformation program, powered by the FABERNOVEL group in the following areas: digital academy, innovation outpost, learning expeditions, customized training and workshop, strategic advisory, market research, etc.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify and clarify clients’ needs
• Assisting to the pitch and presentation of the recommendations produced
• Conduct market research on various topics including but not limited to: sharing economy, new internet business models, robotics, e-payment, omni-channel, e-learning, social media, e-commerce, on-demand services, etc.
• Design digital training programs & workshops
• Contributing to the creation and execution of learning expeditions for clients amongst a variety of industry sectors
• Attend events related to this ecosystem
• Market monitoring
• Ensuring internal and external communication on the project (meetings, articles for official website and social media)

任职要求
Required experience:
• Master’s degree student or Young graduate with Business or Engineering school background
• Open minded, creative and digital native person
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including in writing, proof reading, and speaking
• Excellent organization skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Chinese work proficiency, both written and spoken will be a plus
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule
