职位描述
会计主要负责所有公司内部应付账款，包括记录和输入发票和供应商付款。会计这一职位必须和客户，客户服务团队，制作经理一起协调客户付款事宜。此会计职位还将负责所有供应商付款。
The Accountant is responsible for all aspects of the agency account payable process, including coding and entering invoices and requesting vendor payments. The Accountant acts as the liaison between clients, account teams and production managers on client billing issues. The Accountant is also responsible for all other vendor payments.
Major Responsibility & Tasks:
Arrange and lead weekly commentary meeting by account.
Perform Finance supports on each accounts, including but not limited to:
- Billing per aligned billing schedule;
- Keep tracks on client payment collection, and update A/R report;
- Monitor actual costs recognition status;
- Perform job cost reconciliation;
- Revenue recognition review and forecast;
- Stay flexible on different reasonable client billing requirements.

任职要求
Be responsible and accurate;
Strong communication skills in English;
2-3 years Accountant working experience in Services Industries.
