Responsibility岗位职责 :
Help clients to find new development opportunities, find corresponding solutions with them, and promote its landing, achieving commercial value:
1.Design a new challenge to creative new revenue for the company;
2.Design a new business model that improve and extend the consumer experience while creating new revenue opportunity at the same time;
3.Design new products, services and consumer experience to promote differentiated competitiveness in related fields for the company;
4.Create compelling new value propositions for our clients;
5.Design organizational structures and key assets to help the company promote its own innovation.

任职要求
Qualifications 任职要求
1.Product Design/Design Management/Service Design/Anthropology/ Sociology background is preferred;
2.One or two years or above qualitative research work experience, perfect research ability, including field surveys, interviews and desktop research, have a thorough understanding of the methods of qualitative research, design of survey programs and the interpretation and analysis of information;
3.Understand how to dig consumer demand, have a deep understanding of demand insight;
4.Have comprehensive analysis capabilities, output results through the report, can support creative department to make creative content;
5.Can work flexibly and efficiently,looking for balance between research rigor and creative inspiration;
6.Strong interest in the powerful Chinese market and culture, strong curiosity about big brands,enterprises and organizations innovation and design;
7.Skilled in using digital tools to improve our work, have good network of people in creative and research filed;
8.Have strong passion for improving people's lives through design and helping companies to innovate;
9.Fluent in both English and Chinese.

2.1-2年或以上定性研究工作经验,完善的调研能力,包括实地调查、访谈和桌面研究,对定性研究的方法、设计调查方案和信息解读与分析有深入了解;
3.懂得如何挖掘消费者需求,对需求洞察有很深的理解;
4.具有综合的分析能力,通过报告形式输出结果,支持设计部门做出创意内容;
5.能灵活、高效地工作,在研究的严谨性和创意灵感之间寻求平衡;
6.对充满活力的中国市场和文化拥有强烈的兴趣,对大品牌、企业和组织如何进行创新及设计拥有强烈好奇心;
7.熟练使用数字工具来改善我们的工作,在创意和研究领域拥有良好的人际网络;
8.对通过设计来改善人们生活,帮助企业创新拥有强烈的热情;
9.中英文听说读写流利。
