We’re seeking a Visual Graphics Designer to join our award-winning team at Weber Shandwick. Working with talented art directors, copywriters and strategists, this individual will support the team on content creation, brainstorm and produce breakthrough creative across all facets of communications spanning social, digital, mobile, print, experiential, etc.

What Do You Do?
• Produce world-class, high-quality designs, artworks and layouts for a variety of digital and print assets, including but not limited to: web, social, video, print, billboards, banner ads, mobile and presentations
• Collaborate with colleagues across the content team to apply design concepts across programs and platforms
• Translate the creative vision into a visual story for various platforms
• Work closely with art directors, integrated team (e.g. account)
• Ensure work adheres to brand/style guidelines
• Bring fresh thinking, elevated creativity and great ideas to every assignment.
• Participate in creative brainstorms.

Basic Qualifications
• Exceptional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• The candidate must have a design portfolio that demonstrate excellence in typography, design and layout.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, UX, animation, motion, photography, typography and film/video principles a plus
• Digitally savvy.
• Have an eye for design and passion for creating world-class visual expression in every medium.
• Ability to design in wide range of styles.
• Resourceful and able to visualize a concept in a creative way.
• Attention to detail.
• Can juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Bi-lingual (Mandarin and English)
