职位描述
An Account Executive is expected to be able to implement account programs;serve as day-to-day contact with client; report program results to agency management and client.
1. Maintain regula contact with clients;look for new ideas and ways to meet client needs.
2. Develop clear understanding and knowledge of the clients'business and their competitive environments.
3. Actively participate/contribute to the development of account plans/ideas.
4. participate in program presentations to clients.
5. Draft full range written materials including press relesaes ,articles,speeches,presentations,
project/event repotrs,meeting miuntes,client correapondence eac.
6. Verify information to assure accuracy of media materials and contacts.
7. Develop and maintain media contacts and leverage them for clients'needs.
8. Implement specific account plans under the strategic direction of immediate supervisors and senior management.
9. Support supervisors and senior management as and when necessary.
10. Coordinate with vendors.
11. Draft project budgets or estimates,invoices etc.
12. Assist in research projects and gathering information for new business proposals,research papers etc.

任职要求
1. 1-2 year experience in PR,preferably in an agency setting and/or within lifesyle practice.
2. Bilingual in Chinese and English.
3. React quickly and thoughtfully to developments and report status to client on a regular basis.
4. Good communication skills,articulate,and dispaly a consistent,professional degree of communication skills in person,on phone ,by e-mail and letter.
5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills,able to work under pressure.
6. Ability to generate ideas and think creatively
7. Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Willing to learn.
