职位描述
The project manager takes full responsibility of a project from planning to execution: serve as the key contact of the project to ensure all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed; and manage the agency’s resources to ensure flawless execution of client deliverables; in line with agency’s expectation.

MISSION:
Event Design:
Lead agency’s proposals to client’s briefing, in collaboration with the strategic planning and creative team
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure all creative content and agency proposal are feasible and address the business needs
Operational Project Management:
Responsible for the quality and successful execution of the project
Manage internal staff, freelance staff and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution of deliverables
Manage Budget communication to the client
Responsible for project’s profitability, in line with Agency’s target
Client development and loyalty
Ensure client’s satisfaction toward Agency’s deliverables
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
Ensure clear communication to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/ action items
Build a trustful client relationship that ensures client’s loyalty
REPORTING
Integrated in a team of several project manager
Reporting to Business Director in charge of a client pool.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Meet target in terms quality of deliverables, client’s satisfaction and agency profit
Client loyalty, measured by repeated projects
Seen as a valuable leader by both agency and client teams
SKILLS
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated account management competencies in a demanding environment: accountability for results, client focus, team effectiveness, organizational skills, detail oriented
Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
Excellent written and oral English.
