Role Summary:
As a Client Services Director, your mission is to lead, inspire and manage the Client Services team, allowing the team to serve our luxury clientele at their best. You will report to the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities:
Manage the growing Client Services team including:
o Leading recruitment, training & development, retention processes
o Act as gatekeeper, working with the team and the client
o Understanding client needs and monitoring satisfaction
o Allocation of project-client services team resources
o Definition and development of practice lead positions covering the range of company activities
o Participation to the definition of the company’s service and product offering - Define internal processes and development of project methodologies including:
o Definition and implementation of internal processes and guidelines (eg. Profitability tracking, project status, internal reporting, employee development, etc.)
o Development and implementation of best practices and project methodologies (eg. Project reporting, strategy, editorial development, guidelines, etc.) - Monitor and measure profitability including:
o Defining pricing structure for projects, products and services
o Setting contract renewals and follow up with clients
o Monitoring and measuring profitability across projects, teams and in overall
o Regular profitability reporting to General Manager, and flagging of necessary issues.

- 3 - 5 years of experience working in agency in a Director role, ideally in the luxury industry - Experience and ability to communicate effectively across all Client Services team profiles
- Experience and ability to lead and manage all Client Services team profiles, including recruitment, development and training processes
- Experience and ability to develop, implement, monitor and optimize internal processes
- Inspire and lead by example, setting a professional working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, oral and written
- Deep knowledge of and experience in the Chinese market in terms of digital and luxury trends
- Passion for and / or understanding of luxury brands and products
