Planning and delivering social CRM strategies across existing clients
Support in pitching agency systems to new clients
Able to develop sophistacted CRM architectures based on brand needs across social consumer lifecycle and touchpoints
Master in the application of tagging,segmentation,re-marketing tactics
Working closely with all departfments to ensure social CRM is understood and implemented across creative,media and digital/social activations

任职要求
Experience of direct/digital/social CRM marketing
Previous experience operating social CRM technology
Strong background in customer acquisition,re-engagement and retention strategies
Data/IT education background
A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring clients and internal teams
Bilingual ENG and CHN
