职位描述
We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong mobile focus for our Shanghai office. You will liaise with the creative director in Europe, working with production work in a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, QA testers and the client.
You’ve had at least three years of experience and an established work process that span from ideation to a creating a polished interface and following up on implementation. You will also create basic wireframes and support our sales team with pitch designs. We expect you to have excellent presentation skills and the ability to present your designs in a polished presentation.

任职要求
YOU HAVE:
3-5 years of visual design experience
Experience of designing for mobile user interfaces, with work examples in portfolio
A good understanding of UX design and usability and how it relates to visual design
Proven ability to translate high-level ideas into unique visual style
Strong knowledge of user interface design processes, trends and methodology
An intuitive feeling for the way digital products should work
Understanding of technology limitations and ability to work with technology requirements
Ability to communicate effectively in English
TOOLS:
Proficient in Sketch and Keynote.
Experience with relevant Adobe software, Zeplin, Flinto, Framer and InVision is welcome.
NICE TO HAVE:
We also value experience in prototyping, development, video editing, illustration, visual storytelling and games.
Good understanding of Chinese.
