TECH LEAD 技术Lead     

· Lead tech discipline within the agency, meaning that you take control and ownership of tech development across all projects to safeguard the quality

· Advising clients and the team on technology trends, possibilities and feasibilities

· Building and managing the tech team including front-end and back-end developers

· Setting up standards, libraries, processes and streamline workflows for the tech team to adopt

· Technical integration of digital campaigns and platforms

· Optimizing applications for performance

· Supporting on user acceptance testing

· You show fresh and fearless thinking, being flexible, having a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver the best work in the industry.

· You speak fluent English (Fluent Chinese is a big plus)

· You have worked at least 6 years in front-end or full-stack development roles

· You have worked at least 3 years in China and are familiar with the Chinese ecosystem

· You have a portfolio that impresses us

· Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or design field

· Proficiency in writing code that both your colleagues and browsers across devices love

· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/LESS/SASS, JS/jQuery.

· Proficiency in using libraries and languages including Node.js, React, Angular, Aurelia, ES6, Typescript, Knockout, Webpack, RequireJS and GSAP – let us know what you know.

· WebGL skills are a big plus.

· Backend skills (LAMP/MEAN) are a plus

· Knowledge in bleeding edge/experimental technology is a plus (Machine learning).

· Experience in hardware engineering and integration is a plus.
