职位描述
保管各项分类账目并监控重要的财务报告
● 管理并按时处理应付账款和应收账款
● 按月份和季度向公司负责人提交财务总结报告
● 创建及审核预算和相关财务规划
●挖掘公司的赢利点，并与相关团队交流。
●持续改进当前数据库和相关系统
●提供精确的财务数据、摘录关键财务指标，并做出解释
●持续改善公司财务运营状况
●监控并预测公司中短期现金流及盈利情况
●与总监合作，商讨公司价值评估、 广告项目和投资事宜。
Maintain ledgers and monitor key financial reports
● Manage and schedule accounts payable and accounts receivables
● Create monthly and quarterly financial summaries for company directors
● Create and review budgets and projections
● Develop profitability scenarios and share with necessary teams
● Continuously improve current databases and systems
● Provide and interpret accurate financial data extracting key financial metrics
● Consistently work to improve financial operations
● Monitor and project cash flows and profits for the short and medium term
● Work with our VP Finance for valuation appraisal of ad hoc projects and investments

任职要求
财务、会计、商科、管理学及其它相关专业本科及以上学历
●三年以上会计、财务服务或企业财务部工作经验
●熟练使用office软件（包括但不限于Excel, Power Point, Word等
●注重细节、学习能力强
● 善于管理日常财务事宜
● 善于中英双语沟通及书写
● 自信、有条理、具有领导力、团队精神，逻辑严密、善于做出决策。
●善于同时处理多重任务、划分优先级、按照截止日期高效完成工作。
● 沟通能力强，需要向没有财务背景的同事解释财务问题。
满足以下条件者优先
● 学习过CPA或其他相关课程并获得证书者优先。
● 在媒体、公关和广告行业有工作经验者优先。
● 了解SAGE 50 会计软件者优先。
● Degree in finance, accounting, business, management or other applicable
● Minimum 3 years work experience in an accounting practise/financial services or finance department in industry
● Strong ability with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
● Detail-oriented with ability and willingness to learn
● Able to take accountability for daily financial matters
● Proficiency in Mandarin and English, verbally and writing
● Confident and organised with a track record of leadership, teamwork and logical decision making
● Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet short deadlines
● Ability to explain and share financial concepts to colleagues with less financial background
Desired
● Studying towards CPA qualification (or alternative) is a strong plus
● Experience in media/PR/advertising agencies is a strong plus
● Understanding of SAGE 50 Accounts software
