The SEVENS is looking for a Graphic Designer to complement our existing creative team. The ideal candidate will be engaged with technology-related projects with a designing role. Responsibilities:
• Scope, plan & manage the creative process on projects
• Manage & mentor the creative agency
• Work with other disciplines (Strategists, Developers, Media, Accounts, etc) to ensure
cohesive team integration, and alignment with broader business objectives
• Participate in pitches for new business
• Define the aesthetic of overall campaigns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Mock up creative ideas
• Design across multiple digital channels

• Minimum of 2 years as a designer within a digital advertising agency or in an technology company
• Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made
• Strong presentation skills
• A strong understanding of best practice interaction and visual design principles
• Able to work with team members & delegate effectively
• Understand the client’s business requirements; and understand how our services should
be applied to solve business problems
