SENIOR ART DIRECTOR
You will be part of a creative team that develops digital social recruitment campaigns and consumer activation experiences across multiple online and offline media and channels across bars, clubs, KTVs, Chinese restaurants, retail and eCommerce.
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Creative Team, Account Team, Planning Team and the client on the development of the activation strategy, engagement mechanics and creative concept, engagement and communications strategy and mechanics and creative designs, both online & offline/ ATL & BTL
• Be part of brainstorming sessions to develop innovative engagement mechanics and creative expressions base on brief requirements.
• Contribute to the design of campaigns on artistic aspects
• Respond to Manager requests and inquiries according to the clients needs in a timely manner

任职要求
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience as design & art direction in an agency
• Proficiency in all kinds of design software, strong art skills
• Good communications skills in both English and Chinese
• Positive attitude to pursue excellent art quality and strive for award winning creative work
• Proficient with digital, social and print creative as well as physical design for POSM materials, product displays and communications materials for events experience space, retail channels and other consumer experience touch points.
• Experience with development of branded social content such as social videos and interactive websites & apps.
• Experience with integrated ATL & BTL campaigns
• Collaborative, resourceful, positive can-do attitude to strive in a fast pace boutique agency environment.
