职位描述
Job description:
1. Overall account management—CRM&SCRM;
2. Internal resources arrangement and team management;
3. Project brief/debrief, and develop detailed project process in conjunction with internal departments;
4. Project proposal, implementation supervision and quality control;
5. Financial control, PO, payments, contract update;
6. Review monthly consolidated report and ad-hoc project reports;
7. Ensure timely and qualified delivery of services and deliverables;
8. Participate in project meetings with CLIENT to update program status.
任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing/consulting/professional service related, CRM is plus;
3. Good logic thinking and process planning skill. Highly organized and coordinate ability, able to manage time and prioritize tasks for internal and clients management;
4. Passion for excellence and extremely detailed oriented;
5. Be positive and smart;
6. Excellent in English written and speaking skill.
