Account Executive 客户主任     

Responsibilities

Understand very clearly of client briefs, project implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms and timelines
Supporting account leads with daily client needs, scheduling, planning, account coordination, and logistics
Manage and cordinate resources as project required, including internal project members, external PR and influencers
Internal and client meeting coordination and the development of meeting minutes and activity reports
Establishes core relationships with junior clients in day-to-day contacts
Escalate potential problems timely

 
岗位职责

清晰理解客户需求，项目实施计划，评估机制及时间节点
协作客户经理的日常工作，项目安排和计划、协调以及物料准备
管理及协调项目所需的资源，包括内部的团队成员，外部的PR 及红人资源
内容及客户会议协调，记录会议内容，撰写活动报告
在日常沟通中建立与客户的联系
及时反馈潜在问题

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fluent in English, international experience in a plus
1-2 years working experience, open to graduates with outstanding record
Experience presenting information both orally and in writing
Solid business writing skills
Intership or working experiece in agency or service provider preferred
PowerPoint, Excel skills

有书面或口头展示信息的经验
良好的商业写作能力
有在广告代理商或服务提供商工作经验优先
熟练使用 PowerPoint, Excel
