● Student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
● Study and/or work experience in accounting, finance, business or management
● Interest or experience in media or events preferred
● Strong ability with Microsoft Excel
● Detail-oriented with ability and willingness to learn
● Strong written and spoken language ability in Chinese and English
● Confident and organised with a track record of leadership, teamwork and logical decision making
● Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet short deadlines

任职要求
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain ledgers and monitor key financial reports
● Manage and schedule accounts payable and accounts receivables
● Create monthly and quarterly financial summaries for finance team and company directors
● Create budgets and projections under supervision of finance manager
● Develop profitability scenarios and share with necessary teams
● Continuously improve current databases and systems
● Provide and interpret accurate financial data extracting key financial metrics
● Monitor and project cash flows and profits for the short and medium term
● Work with finance team for valuation appraisal of ad hoc projects and investments
Time Commitment
Dates: Monday to Friday – 10 am to 6 pm
Internship Length: minimum 3 months, more than 6 months preferred（start from March）
