职位描述
1. Generate digital strategies for clients based on client needs and consumer insights
2. Create tactical plans based on overall strategy and following thoughts
3. To verify the work are correctly done by subordinates before sending to internal/external contacts
4. Insuring that planners, and executives are fully trained on all aspects of online media planning including planning processes, use of research tools
5. Balance job tasks between subordinates dependent on their availabilities and capabilities

任职要求
1. Mini. 4-6 years proven experience of account service or planning position in digital / media agency, consulting company (4A agency is preferred);
2. Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
3. Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred;
4. Have good education track record in marketing, sensitive with numbers;
5. Good strategic thinking/communication skill;
6. Good proposal writing & presentation skills;
7. Good project management;
8. Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;
9. Experience of service FMCG clients is preferred;
