VACANT POSITION: Sr. Business Development Executive
The Business Development department at RTG Consulting Group is responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities across all three business divisions. The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer. We are looking for candidates who are energized by the challenge of identifying, locating, and meeting business prospects. This position will require regular business travel, so schedule flexibility is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect for new clients in both online and offline environments
• Identify emerging industries, companies and opportunities
• Research and analyze client’s background and activities of potential clients
• Track and record business development pipelines and following up on leads
• Develop contents and case studies to present to clients
• Present credentials for all RTG divisions to potential clients

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with business development or sales functions
• Sociable and genuine personality
• Logical thinking and able work independently
• Able to deliver presentations to senior leaders
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proactive and action oriented
