•Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
•Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
•Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases /data systems.
•Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
•Filter and “Clean ”data, and review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
•Present data, insights and information in a clean manner through PPT or other formats.
•Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
•Develop comprehensive understanding of the whole industry, also essential understanding of client products and business model. Identify the market position of client’s products accurately
•Be a team player, identifying personal issues and providing solutions to promote the standard of work;

任职要求
•BS/Master in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
•Technical expertise regarding data models database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
•At least 3 year of experience preferable with consulting agency with proven results.
•Mature, initiative, responsible and result oriented. Be able to work under pressure and work independently in a short time.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Chinese and English.
