The Sevens is looking for an Account Manager to help us deliver full-funnel marketing service of Sevens-quality. You will act as a role to bridge our service team and clients, and be responsible for the day-to-day administration of accounts under the leadership of the Account Director and delights clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work.

You are expected to manage several accounts/projects at the same time, with top cover from account director. You should have project management, budgeting, counseling, people management and emerging business development skills. You will take responsibility for the projects you manage, providing excellent client service, applying the office’s best resources, effectively managing people involved in projects and managing for profitable growth. You will also build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
Take client briefs, write and anlayze briefs
Manage client expectations.
Develop and manage projects, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets and timelines.
Be responsible for writing and approving SOWs, Contracts & MSAs understanding the client’s internal processes for approval and execution
Serve as client’s primary day-to-day contact on projects, maintain service quality and client’s trust and confidence.
Understands client's business, culture, organizational needs, values, and opportunities and the industry trends shaping their markets

任职要求
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Fluent in English, international experience in a plus
2-4 year working experience in agencies or agency management, 1+ year experience in Account Management preferred.
Consumer Electronics or technology company background preferred
Excellent client service skills including oral and written communication
Strong project management skills
Media/ digital maketing knowledge, preferably familiar with overseas media like Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc.
任职要求
本科以上学历
英文流利,有海外留学/生活经历尤佳
有消费电子行业或科技行业背景优先
2-4 agency 工作或者管理经验,一年以上客户管理经验优先
出色的客户服务能力,包括口头及书面沟通
很强的项目管理能力
掌握媒体或数字营销相关知识,熟悉海外数字媒体,如Facebook, Google, Twitter 等
