职位描述
Responsibilities：
1. Coordinate the resources of all parties and fully manage the project planning and implementation so as to ensure the progress and quality control of the project;
2. Reasonably formulate the phased objectives and overall control plan of the project, clearly divide the work content, determine the realization of phased goals, and adjust the project plan in time according to various changes;
3. Manage the project planning and implementation, control the project process, effectively monitor and coordinate the project implementation;
4. Assist clients to formulate ECRM strategy and carry out effective transformation, plan the development of corporate clients, and effectively expand business opportunities;
5. Project financial management.

Requirements：
6. Fully understand eCRM and TMALL CRM mechanism
7. Understand how to leverage TMALL data eco-system (Data bank, uni-CRM, 会员通，etc.)
8. Sense of CRM, customer engagement and can leverage digitalization to retain customers
9. Beauty industry experience is a plus
10. Fluent English and good communication skill.
