This full-time position is working with the most important aspect of Move: our members. You'll be responsible for projects to make sure our members have the best possible experience with Move. Everything from developing new ways to help our members find the right workouts to working with the marketing team promoting our great service. Very good opportunities for fast advancement in this role to be managing our entire Customer Experience team. Open positions for both Chinese and English speaking. This is a full-time position.
