Experienced in advertising and marketing sectors, having made your teeth in design and art direction, you will ensures the smooth production of our projects.
You will build and maintain great customer relationships. You possess and share a strong understanding of client needs (and budget!) and see it as part of your objective to help fulfil their goals. You are always one step ahead of competition via vast knowledge on current and future trends.
Working closely with our strategist, you will build strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.
You will be responsible for the well being of our creative minions, you are using your planning skills and branding powers to keep their creative level high up. You produce your own framework that drive and keep creative people and processes on track. A framework that can be used across various platforms to support and strengthen innovation task development, setting free the team to focus fully on being silly creative’s.

-You have an impressive conceptual understanding and own the ability to support and execute creative development.
-You are a team leader and master multiple disciplines embracing the various roles required throughout any project.
-You are confident in sharing and presenting ideas internally and externally.
-You are self-motivated and desire to execute every job to the highest standard.
-You know exactly how to merge your skills with the demands of a project, and how to inspire your colleagues to do the same.
-You know how to motivate the team when things are “for yesterday”.
-You are both the good cop and bad cop
-You’ve won the "World's Best Colleague" award.
-You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
