The project manager will report to the account director and be responsible for the following scope of work:
• Writing event briefs taken from the internal client and work team in proposing a creative, cost efficient response to the brief
• Ensuring successful delivery of projects from all aspects of the customer perspective (quality, time, cost) whilst ensuring customers are kept up to date regarding progress
• Controlling costs/budgets and producing, accurate cost estimates for potential customers
• Procuring work from third parties in an effective manner
• Ensuring that all preferred suppliers understand and adhere to rigorous brand / visual identity standards
• Relationship building and management is a key role, this involves time and understanding
• Nurturing and developing customer relationships

任职要求
Requirements:
- 5 years experience in managing events
- Experienced in managing multicultural teams in challenging environments
- Creative thinker and superior organization skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
